KRIS ALLEN won American Idol last night!!!
Yay!!! Justin and I were really routing for Danny Gokey, but once he was eliminated we were totally for Kris!
Honestly I thought that Adam Lambert was going to take the title...but yay, Kris did!! I will definitely be into his albums!! Kris was pretty shocked himself...and sang his last song on the show very proudly!! He held his emotions in until his cute wife came up and gave him a hug...then they both cried...so cute! It's amazing to watch a person's dream come true. We really enjoyed this season, because everyone was soooooo talented, and truly nice people. The kind of people you would want to be friends with. Which...is nice to watch on TV for once!
Also Shawn Johnson won the Dancing with the Stars title this week! I really wanted either girl to win, (Shawn or Melissa) so that was really fun to watch as well!
Yay for a good finale week to our trusty winter shows!!

I was SO excited to see Shawn win! We started watching DWTS at the beginning of the season but kinda fell out of it. I've tried to at least keep up with who was booted off. Shawn was my fav from the start! She's such a doll and it's neat that she gets to add a disco ball trophy to her shelves of Gold Medals! We didn't watch AI at all but I knew who was left and I was rooting for Kris too!
