LINCOLN RYKER POLSON
is finally here!
And we just can't get enough of him! He is so sweet, and such a wonderful baby! We couldn't of asked for a better 3rd child!
Justin and I had to be at the hospital at 10:30am Monday February 4. The boys got to stay with Grandpa and Grandma Snyder. Since Justin works at EIRMC, we went a little bit earlier so I could meet some of the people he works with! It was nice to be able to finally put some faces to names!
After chit-chatting and introductions, we went and checked in.
I loved my nurse! So was so friendly and down to earth! She got me all hooked up, and ready to go, then we played the waiting game.....
I hadn't had anything to eat since 6:00am, and it was lunch time. Justin decided to get a sandwich from the Subway that's in the hospital. It was hard watching him eat it, but I didn't want a faint Daddy in the operating room!

Here's some pics of us waiting to go into surgery....
Handsome JP ready to go, all dressed in his blue scrubs! Man...he should have been a doctor ; )
My nurse wheeled me into the operating room at about 12:30pm. I got my spinal tap, and soon after I was ready for that baby to come out!
It's not long after the doctor starts, before we get to see our beautiful baby!
This was me right before Lincoln came out!
I was so excited!
There he is! I probably cried and cried for the first 10 minutes of Lincoln's life! I was just so worried and scared that something would go wrong, like it did when Traceon was born! Which brings me to why I loved my nurse!
The hospital was and is short staffed on nurses, so that meant that there was not enough nurses to be in the operating room to give Lincoln his vitals. He was going to be sent to the room next door! Oh...when my nurse told me that, I about cried! I was so disappointed! I must of looked it too, because she worked her butt off to convince 2 extra nurses to come in, so I could see and watch him get his vitals! I was so grateful too, because it is such a special moment when you first see your new born baby!
My doctor showing me my BEAUTIFUL LINCOLN!
Lincoln getting all cleaned up, and checked out! And I got to watch! I asked the nurses how much he weighed and I couldn't help but yell, "Holy Crap!" When she said 8lbs 9oz!
(Aydan was 7lbs 8oz, and Traceon was 7lbs 11oz)
I was not expecting such a big guy!
This is a look of relieved Momma!
Lincoln was 8lbs 9oz, 21 1/4in. long, and was born at 1:00pm on February 4, 2013!
Mom and Dad with our little Lincoln!
Mom getting to look at Lincoln....I gave him lots of kisses ; )
I was already in love with this little guy, but MAN, he's much better on the outside!
I was so happy to get to snuggle my little guy while in recovery! He was so perfect!
Getting checked out!
And bathed....
All ready to meet his big brothers!
Big Brother Traceon meeting his little brother!
Big Brother Aydan meeting his 2nd little brother! I can already tell that these two are going to have a special bond between them. ; )
And then there was 3.....
Grandma Snyder having a turn!
Justin and I put together "Big Brother Bags" for the boy's! I knew that they were probably going to spend a lot of time at the hospital with us, so I made sure they had fun stuff to do so they weren't bored! They got some new cars, colors, notebooks, stickers, play dough, silly puddy, and lots of snacks! They loved them! I'm helping Traceon open his new truck!
Grandpa Snyder having a turn!
Our Missing Linc! He's so sweet!

The 2nd day in the hospital Grandpa Snyder brought the boy's back to hang out with us! Lincoln and Mommy were doing GREAT!

Cute and Chubby!
The boy's went home for the afternoon, so we could all take naps! Then they got to came back for the "Stork Dinner" and to take Mommy and Lincoln home!
Getting Lincoln ready to go!
All ready to go home!
It was such a great experience this time! We have the same end result: a beautiful, healthy baby boy, but it was a tad less stressful then the other boys' deliveries!
It was nice to have everything go how I had planned it in my head! So smooth!
We love our Little Linc, and we are soaking up every moment of him being little and snugly!
All of our boy's have their own little look, but they do look a lot a like! Which big brother do you think Lincoln looks the most like?
Brand new Aydan!
Brand new Traceon!
Brand new Lincoln!
Yeah....Traceon and Lincoln look a lot a like!
All so cute and perfect!

Lincoln is absolutly adorable!! I would have just held him the whole time we were in Idaho, If my large belly would have allowed it!! I am so glad that the delivery went well for you and everything went as planned, you needed a normal delivery! It was so fun to meet the little guy and give lots of loves and cuddles...miss him already!!!
What a beautiful baby boy!!!! So glad to hear everything went smoothly!!
