My mom came for a short weekend visit the first weekend in March! The boy's love it when she comes! She gets up early in the morning with them and makes the breakfast...and not just cold cereal in a bowl either! While she was here, she made the boy's snack bags and pudding popcicles! They of course LOVED THEM!
Lincoln keeps getting bigger and bigger! He's so cute!
Daddy snuggling our little bud!
Our neighbors Dan and Nancy brought me a Stargazer Lily and came to see Lincoln! They are so sweet!
I was SO BAD at taking pictures this month! I felt so exhausted all the time from having low Iron levels from losing so much blood delivering Lincoln that most of the time I just wanted to lay around, and did!
This is Traceon helping make pudding!
When grandma was here she brought fun things for the boys to do, like paint their own toys!
When Lincoln was between 5 and 6 weeks he started to SMILE for the 1st time! It's so much fun having him go through all of his "1st's"!
This was my attempt at some pictures trying to capture those first special grins!
March also brought a few warmish days! The boys took advantage and played outside!
Grandma and Grandpa Aultman finally came over and met Lincoln for the first time! They would have been here sooner but my grandma's brother was dying from cancer. They went to Michigan to help and support him and his family. Everyone said they were such ROCK STARS and were greatly appreciated there. I wasn't upset or jealous one bit! I'm glad I get to share my wonderful grandparents! Plus, it meant a lot to my grandma for them to be there!
Anyway, grandpa surprised Justin with a new fly reel and rod! They practiced a little bit in the front yard!
That's another thing that I'm super grateful for! How my grandparents LOVE Justin! (I mean, how could you not? He's just adorable and full of AWESOME!) It's just so nice since Justin doesn't have any grandparents!
Both of my parents also adore Justin, and it just couldn't make me happier!
Aydan finally got to put his cool new muffler thing on his bike, and boy is it ever COOL! It really does sound like a real engine!
Grandma Rosemary reading to the boys!
Big Bro, Little Bro!
Lincoln seems to have his bib on in a lot of these pics! Ha! Ha! It's because he was a spitter! Yeah, gross, I know! He finally stopped spitting up around 6-7 weeks!
Here are the boys on St. Patty's Day trying to catch a Leprechaun!
And here is the littlest! Sportin' some green!
Isn't he just precious!
The boys got to sleep out in the living room downstairs one weekend night! I love sleeping babies!
More smile pictures of Lincoln!
He just has the kindest eyes! So sweet and tender! Oh he's the MOST!
Between 6 and 7 weeks I decided that it was time to have Lincoln be in his own room in his own crib!
Sad for me, but Justin is not a very good sleeper, and it's important for him to get good sleep! So off the his own room Little Linc went! He did fantastic with the transition too!
For a fun Family Night, I took the boys to Lowe's one night that Justin was working so they could see where he works, and of course play on all the lawn mowers!
After Lowe's we went and got Mini Murph's from Papa Murphy's! The boys love making their own pizza's!
Another smile shot!
I thought this was so dang funny! Traceon wasn't being cooperative at helping clean the boys' room, so I made him stay and clean by himself. Well, a little while later I came downstairs to check in on him and this is what I found....
Traceon LOVES Lincoln!
Aydan had a friend over to play one day, and Trace was feeling super left out! Such a sad little face!
I'm glad Aydan found a buddy that lives near by, to hang with sometimes!
Here is another school pic! He's just so CUTE!
FYI- He is always complaining about girls following him around at school. Ummm...Yeah buddy, get used to it, you're one good lookin' dude!
