Halloween 2009

Halloween was awesome! It was perfect trick or treatin' weather~about 60 degrees! We went to Boo at the Zoo to trick or treat this year. Uncle Garrett, Aunt Stephani, Kylar, Aunt Jen, and Grandpa and Grandma Snyder all came to join the fun as well!

We started the night off with Jack O' Lantern pizza's, that I made. Once our belly's were full...it was off to get some yummy treats!

Aydan as the cutest SPIDER ever! He loved his costume so much! But on the way to Boo at the Zoo he picked an eye off, and broke an arm string. ( I attached his spider arms to his real arm so when he lifted his real arm his spider arms would follow.)
I really enjoyed making his costume...maybe there will be future homemade costumes to follow....

Oh man...I think the cutest thing I ever heard was on this Halloween when Aydan was trick or treating.
He would go up to the booths and say, "Trick or Treat!" with lots of enthusiasm, and in the sweetest voice you've ever heard! Then after getting some goodies he would say "Thank you!" and then, "Bye!"
One booth he went to twice, and the volunteers said, "Oh you're the polite one, will give you extra candy for being so good."
Oh...I love it! It seems like we nag and nag and are always yelling and correcting Aydan Bug...but it really pays off when you get complimented on your kids manners, especially when in public and when he uses his manners all on his own...without being told! What a good kid!

Look at what a sweetheart-big-brother Aydan's going to be! Kylar and Aydan held hands for awhile, and Aydan directed Ky over to look at the Lion's. Sweet as could be! They were so cute!

TRICK OR TREAT!!

What an excellent Halloween! Hope all of you had just as wonderful day as we did!
