Mending My Very Broken Heart...

Whew! I'm back to the blogging world! I'm not quite sure what happened...but something to do with I had no more space to post...so I got some more...and now I'm back! It's been driving me nuts not to blog about the last few weeks...SO HERE WE GO!

For Halloween we decided it would be fun to go down to Tooele, Utah where Justin's oldest brother, Derrick lives and spend some time visiting with them! Oh man...
 WE HAD SO MUCH FUN!
We stayed there about 2 weeks! The boys stayed there while I went to Mississippi to see Justin from Nov 7-11!
So a little about our adventure!

This is Saturday ( the day before actual Halloween) The boys got to pick out some pumpkins!
Sweet Little Boy Blue!

Then we went Trunk or Treating...and it was rainy and cold! Aydan's tail, and feet were so soaked, I had to ring them out when we got back to the house!
Aunt Jessica was a witch, and Braxton was Yoda, and Dillon was Anakin Skywaker!

And I was a fairy, complete with tutu, wing, and way too much glitter! It was fun though...and this is the best shot I have of my costume!

The boys all playing together! They were just sitting there all together, looking as adorable as could be so a snagged a shot!

Traceon had so much fun...he got to play like a BIG BOY!

These two crazy kids were so dang funny! They play awesome together and are on the same level of imagination...so they were always in their own little worlds!

While we were in Utah, we went to DISCOVERY GATEWAY!
It was a cute little museum type place where the kids could play and learn!

Aydan and Dillon were crazy with the Dress Ups! Once again there little imaginations went wild!

This little guy was in HEAVEN! He loved every minute of playing around!
He is walking...maybe I should saying running now...and refuses to wear shoes...so he's always in socks!

Then it was Dillon's 5th Birthday! It was so cute! Jessica did a STAR WARS theme and it turned out to be a complete hit with the D-Man!
We got him a Lego set...Star Wars style!

I thought I'd post this pic...look at all those hands!

Hope you had a wonderful Birthday Dillon! Thank you for celebrating it with us!

THIS....WAS BY FAR THE FAVORITE GIFT!

More pics of the kids playing together!

Saturday (before the Sunday I left to see Justin) Grandpa Polson and Uncle Derrick took the older boys on a 4-wheeler ride! We talked about it the night before, but when Aydan woke up the next morning, he was missing his dad and said, "I don't want to go on the 4-wheeler with Grandpa, I want to go with Daddy!"
Broke my heart completely in half! But once we called dad and talked about it and saw the 4-wheelers, Aydan was excited and enjoyed every minute!

Visiting the Husband in Mississippi!
Justin and I had the most amazing 4 days together! It was awesome in every way...except that it had to end!

Sunday I got in around noon Mississippi time, and we checked in and headed to the pool! We stayed at the Grand Casino Biloxi, in Biloxi, Mississippi! It was right on the Gulf Coast where there was white sandy beaches and palm trees and the weather was in the high 70's and low 80's....in NOVEMBER!

This is us playing at the pool Sunday afternoon!

This is Justin's Chief, Jayson Giesler and his wife Emily! We have been friends with them for awhile now, so it was nice to have them stay at the same hotel as us! That night we went out to dinner with them and their kids, and Jayson's mom (who payed) as well as Justin's good buddy Benny Miralas, and his wife! It was some of the best food we've ever had! Justin had lamb, and I had seafood fettuccine...with shrimp and scallops the size of my face! It was awesome! After dinner we went to the Casino, and gambled just a little...and were shocked by how many really, really, really OLD people were there gamblin' away...if that's what we're supposed to do when we retire...Weird...not for me...

Monday morning we asked the information desk at the hotel of some restaurants that had southern Cajun food...ya know...like mom and pop places! First pick was Old Biloxi Schooner! It was amazing! We had GUMBO, Fried Oysters, Friend fish, Friend crab, Fried Chicken, and Root Beer! It was soooooo yummy!

Next we went to the BEACH!
We didn't go in the water because of the oil spill, and there was some weird bacteria also...and the water looked sick too! But the beach was amazing!

Tuesday wen got up and went to the WAFFLE HOUSE! These were on every block like Mikey-D's is!
It was quite the experience...they did every thing in front of you, including washing the dishes! Everyone in there (or down south) called you "Sweetie" "Baby" "Suga" "Darlin'" "Honey"...in their southern accents..it was fun! I love different cultures! The food was delicious...every thing tasted like budar...not butter....BUDAR!

These were some of the houses on the beach front...old plantation like! They were beautiful...

When Katrina hit, all you heard was how bad it hit New Orleans, and not all of the other little towns....well Biloxi was definitely hit big time! We got to see a book of before Katrina, after Katrina, and 5 years later! Some buildings were completely wiped out! This was a shark head that survived the storm, at a souvenir shop we went to. He has no teeth anymore!

This was another mom and pop place to eat in down town Biloxi! We had friend potato things, and fried pickles here!

Wednesday we got room service for breakfast and it was INCREDIBLE!
(Most of our trip was eating...)

Then we layed by the pool.....

It was an amazing 4 days, but it ended and we were so close to being 'normal' again. I feel worse than I did before. It was so much harder leaving him the second time. Watching my one and only in the rear-view-mirror as I drove away killed me. I'm not doing well. I'm still the positive me...but I'm very heartbroken, and am trying to work through it. So do me a favor next time you see me (to help me out) DON'T ask how I'm doing....I'm not doing well....I don't want to talk about me and my handling things...it makes it worse...so ask me about Thanksgiving, or Christmas or about how Justin is across the world ( which is so incredible)....Just don't ask about me, I'm telling you now, it won't be worth it to ask...don't look at me with sad pity eyes...it makes it worse...I know you're concerned...but help a sista out who is not in the very best shape! Please! For me...put yourself in my shoes and try to understand! Please! Please! Be positive with me and keep your eye on the main goal here! Not to be sad...embrace what path God has given Justin!

And thank you to my angle mother, who some how knows how to make me feel exactly at home, when she is far away! I feel you every day mom, and I want you know that I love you, and thank you for everything you do! We have loved every minute of our rocking chair...if fact I rocked both kids to their dream land place last night....and it was aweome!

Yay! I'm sooooo excited for Traceon's Birthday Bash! He is such a sweetie, and I'm proud to be his mommy!

I was wondering when we would see pics of your trip! The same thing happened to me not too long ago about needing more space to blog, but I'm glad you got it fixed!
It looks like you guys had a great time in Tooele! It's always fun to play with the cousins! And I agree with you...it is so nice to have so many family members around that love the kids so much and would do anything for them. Such a blessing! I like the pics of your time at the beach! So fun! That is so great that you were able to go and spend a few days with him before he left! YAY! Now whenever you are having a yucky day, you can think about those days and look at the pics, then before you know it, he will be coming home!:) Let us know if you ever need anything at all, ok? I know sometimes it's hard to admit when you need help or to talk or to cry, but just holler because we are here! :)
