This last week was
SPRING BREAK!
We had a great week off, and are looking forward to the nice days that are coming as we quickly fall into SPRING TIME!
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday we SPRING CLEANED!
Ahhhh....I feel much better about our house! It was super dusty and full of stuff we didn't need anymore! I think we took about 8 or 9 bags to the D.I.! I don't know if I was in a good mood or not to be SPRING CLEANING because I got rid of a bunch of stuff! I think half my closet is gone! Ha! Ha! I also organized our computer, meaning, pictures! All on discs, in the right order, and ready to be put onto a Digital Scrapbook page. Hopefully it will make it go a little easier and faster!
Thursday we celebrated Gma Snyder's birthday with pizza and a Babe's Bakery cake!
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we headed to Boise to visit Aunt Melanie! We totally talked Gma Chris into coming for the weekend too!
Friday was an early morning start to our drive to Boise to pick up Gma at the airport at 11a.m. Then we ate lunch at a sandwich place downtown, close to where Aunt Melanie works so she could meet up with us! After lunch we checked into our hotel, and went SWIMMING in the pool! After the pool we went to the mall to pick out some fun SPRING TIME SHIRTS!
Dinner out at Cafe Ole', where the fajitas were amazing, and the company was fun!
Saturday we woke up, went to the pool again, and then decided that it would be fun to take the boys to CHUCK E CHEESE'S for lunch!
They loved every minute and got so many COINS from Mom and Dad, Gma, and Mitch (daddy's friend who came with us!)
They had super fun games, and this Monster Truck ride was by far their favorite! I think they rode it at least 10 times!
Horse Ride!
Gma Chris and Traceon playing a game!
Sliding down the slide!
Meeting Chuck E the mouse!
The Boise Zoo was having a fun Easter day, full of fun events, so we decided to take the boys! It was super nice outside, so it turned out to be a perfect afternoon!
The boy's by the penguin statues!
Zebra!
Luckily it was time to feed Julia the Giraffe while we were there! The boys each got one piece of lettuce to rip into three pieces to feed her some yummy lunch!
LOOK AT THAT TONGUE!
I am feeding her here, but I want you all to know how brave Trace was! He fed her no problem! Her tongue touched his hand and he still was fearless!
Aydan was a little nervous though....
He tried his best, but when her tongue hit his hand he freaked out!
Then the boys got to go on an EASTER EGG HUNT!
We are in the middle, and I'm telling them to stay by me, when it's time to go! I told Aydan that if he got lost and couldn't see me anymore, to just go back to Aunt Melanie and Gma Chris!
Here we GO!
Here is me and Trace...
Aydan separated from us, but made it back to Gma Chris and Aunt Melanie just fine, even though my heart was in my stomach for a minute or two.....He's getting so old, and can be trusted with certain privilege's now days!
THE LOOT!
After the hunt it was time to cool down with a nice ICE CREAM CONE!
And then they played on the Giraffe slide for awhile!
They got to meet the Easter Bunny!
After the Zoo we went to Aunt Melanie's house, then to RED LOBSTER for dinner! I ate so much! It was so good.................yummy seafood!
Then we went back to the hotel and hung out!
( At this time Justin was with his friends at the Shinedown concert at the Knitting Factory! Sorry no pics!)
Luckily the ABC Family Movie was Toy Story that night, so we popped some pop corn and enjoyed watching it together!
Sunday morning we went swimming for a 3rd and final time!
Look at Aydan SWIM LIKE A PRO!
Daddy dunked Trace, and Trace LOVED IT!
Aydan-Bug doing a 360 turn into the pool!
CUTE POOL BOYS!
After the pool it was time to go to PF CHANGS!
Then we headed back home!
It was a great week!
We're excited for Easter, and hopefully some nice weather!
