Emmilyn Claire!

EMMILYN CLAIRE POLSON
is finally here!

We were so excited for our little girl's arrival! Being pregnant with her went really fast though! I had so much fun getting ready for her! Everything so frilly and pink!
I made her a pink and sparkly car seat cover, and a sling to carry her in!
I also made her some cute bracelet's, and headbands!
I re-finished a crib and dresser for her! She and Lincoln share a room!

Here's her cute little bassinet beside our bed!
I had a scheduled c-section for May 10 at 7:30am at St. Luke's Hospital in Boise. I was more than excited to meet our little girl, but was a little disappointed that she wasn't going to be born on my birthday! It was still really cool to have my due date with her be my birthday!
Here is my final belly at 39 weeks!
All ready for surgery! We got bumped an hour back because of an emergency c-section! We were at the hospital for 2 1/2 hours before we went into surgery!
So excited to meet our little girl! It was really a bittersweet time for us, knowing that she was officially going to be our last baby! (I got my tubes tied....no more surprise babies for us ; 0)

So perfect!

Emmi and Mommy got to share some skin-to-skin time right after she came out! I was the first person to hold her (besides the doctors and nurses) which I've never experienced with any of our boy's! It was so wonderful! I loved it!

The boy's came to the hospital at about 12 to meet their baby sissy!
Here's their first look!

Our first pictures as a family of 6!
So at St. Luke's Hospital, Emmilyn never left us except for her hearing test. She even was bathed in our room, and the boy's got to watch!

Here she is all cleaned up and in some jammies!

So precious and sweet! Look at those cheeks and LIPS!

I HATE that this sweet pic is blurry!
She already has her daddy wrapped around her little finger!
Such a beauty!
My recovery was flawless! I felt great, and was so grateful for everything going so smooth!
On Mother's Day (May 11th) the boy's got me something really special!

A Pandora charm bracelet! They each picked out a charm! The blue bead is Lincoln's, the 2 hearts with the arrow is Aydan's, the heart key is Traceon's, #1 wife is Justin's, and the pink mother daughter heart is Emmilyn's! I LOVE IT SO MUCH!
Cute pictures of our little miss!
The boy's made Emmi this bunny at Build a Bear Workshop! If you squeeze one of the bunny's hands it has a recording of Aydan and Traceon saying "WE LOVE YOU SISSY!" When they showed/gave it to me I cried! The sweetest thing ever! They named the bunny Sophie!
