December!

December 2013
I usually LOVE this time of year, but this year, the Christmas Season was a little different for us! We just moved to Boise, in a smaller house, and didn't know where any stores were. Therefore I couldn't put out all my beloved decorations, and shopping for gifts was stressful, oh and the fact that we didn't have family around to share the holiday with!
We made the most of it, and still had a wonderful Christmas!

I sent out some Christmas cards, and here are the pics I put on them!

We did manage to find a great sledding hill! Boise doesn't get very much snow, so we took basically our only opportunity to advantage! We had so much fun too!

We did as many Christmas activities as we could, including making 

GINGERBREAD HOUSES!

We had to get a smaller Christmas tree, so that we could have one in our very small living room! It was cute, and the boys helped me decorate it!

The morning that our elf Mac came, I made the kiddos Santa pancakes!

Then we had a nice little breakfast!

Mac hid in some weird places...

We took the boys to see Santa in the mall! Lincoln was concerned, but didn't cry! I bet that will be next Christmas ; )

The boys wrote Santa letters!

Christmas Eve the boys and I made Santa some sugar cookies!

Mac left our family a note on his last day here!

Everybody scored some good loot, then we made some breakfast, and watched Christmas movies!

Lincoln got Henly the Hippo for Christmas, and they instantly became besties!

Merry Christmas!

Justin is such a great dad! His new job gives him a lot of stress, and no time off! He enjoyed Christmas by making the boy's wallet's out of their new Avenger's duct tape!

New Years Eve we did our traditional balloon countdown, and had a blast hanging out, and eating food!
