Aydan's Preschool Graduation Day!

Wednesday, May 23, 2012 Aydan Mychal Polson
GRADUATED FROM PRESCHOOL!

It's a weird thought that he has already achieved something in his life! He has done so well, and has learned so much! I don't have a doubt in my mind about him not being ready for Kindergarten!
He's such a special little boy, and so we decided to make this day even more special by making the most of it!
Before school/graduation we took the boys to Chick-Fil-A for lunch! That stinkin' place is so good!
Our happy Aydan-Bug!

Aydan got his teacher Mrs. Terri Wixom a potted Gerber Daisy flowers, and wrote her a little note saying, "Thank you for helping me grow this year!"

Sitting with all of his friends! So cute!

All the kids performed their special ABC song singing each letter, including the sign language sign, sound, and an action for each letter! It was so cute!

Next they sang their number song..........ADORABLE! Then the sang 2 of their favorite songs, Tiny Tim the Turtle, and The Busy Bumblebee!

After that they recited an Alphabet Poem which they all had a letter and saying or two to memorize!  Aydan had H, "H is for happy faces filled with love and cheer," Q "Q is for all the questions that we asked throughout the year" and Z, "Z is for the zest! And then they all said together, "WE'RE READY, HAVE NO FEAR!"
I admit, I teared up when they all yelled that, as if they were telling all of us parents not to worry about them growing up and becoming BIG KIDS!
They wrote and starred in a play about some fish, and a shark!
Aydan played the part of the fish's house with his friend Asher!

Then Mrs. Terri put together a slide show of the pictures she took of her class throughout the year, I just took some pics of Aydan in the slide show!

At the very end Mrs. Terri had special awards for each child. She had fantastic, and unique things to say about each and every one of them! Aydan go the Curiosity Bear Award (because he asks SO MANY questions.............BECAUSE HE'S SO SMART, and willing to learn!)

Picture of Aydan and his class!
It was a wonderful year for Aydan! He grew so much and had such a great time learning and playing at school with Mrs. Terri and his friends!
When Aydan said goodbye to Mrs. Terri he started to cry. He's such a sweet and tenderhearted little boy. He cares so much for people, and has such a big heart, that it's easy for him to fall in love with people, and people to fall in love with him! I hope he always has this wonderful characteristic! It's such a wonderful quality to have as a person!
We are sure proud of our Aydan! We just love him to pieces!

After school, we blind folded Aydan, and took him somewhere for the ultimate
~IT'S SUMMER TIME~
surprise!

Seeing what his surprise was....

I JUMP TRAMPOLINE PARK!
So excited!
Jumpin' around!
They have a jump only part, a foam pit part, a dodge ball part, and a Wee jump for the tiny people only! It's so AWESOME! They also have a really nice private party room for birthday's!

They have camera's everywhere some are for security, and some are to film you doing tricks! It has a minute lag time so that you can do your trick and then have enough time to get out of the foam pit, and watch yourself on TV!

We had so much fun as a family! It was amazing, and we plan to go back!

Celebrating 24 Amazing Years, and Noisy Boise!

My 24th Birthday!
Whoot! Whoot! I'm getting up there eh!?
My wonderful Hubby sent me GORGEOUS flowers that morning! Oh, they smelled so delicious!

I love cooking, so I decided to make Shish Kabobs for dinner, and invite some family over to help eat it all! I made chicken, beef, and shrimp bobs with mushroom, onion, green, red, and yellow peppers, along with zucchini and squash! Yum, yum!
I decided to celebrate my birthday by inviting MORE family over for
CAMPFIRE CONES!
Which are a waffle cone filled with marshmallows, chocolate, fruit, and other candies (if you want). Put it all together and wrap it in tin foil, and put it over the fire for a few minutes. It comes out all gooey and melty and SO GOOD!

My Grandma Curran is visiting from Florida! We spent that morning shopping together!

Noisy Boise!

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday the boys and I went to Boise. Beth Moore, from Living Proof Live was speaking at the Boise Century Link Arena! She is creator of Living Proof and minister's in Bible studies for women everywhere. I have done some of her Bible studies at home but never saw her live before.
5,000 women were at the arena worshiping and learning more about the power of love our Lord and Savior has for each and every one of us! It was amazing and most touching to me to be in the same room with that many people who share the same kind of love for our Creator. Feeling his Amazing Grace, as I saw women raise their hands in praise and love to show there ever growing love, I was humbled and even grateful for the opportunity to be there with my Mom, Grandma, and Sister, let alone the amazing women who surrounded me! I realized that I don't want to miss out on any part of my relationship with Jesus, and the word of God. It was great to be inspired to strengthen my belief's!

The event was Friday from 7-9:30 and Saturday from 8:30am-12:00pm. The boys stayed with Grandpa Vern and Grandpa Dennis, and had a kickin' time! Friday the went to a park, got slushy's, and played! Saturday they got to go to breakfast, and then to the Discovery Center, and then hit up the pool at the hotel!

Us at the Event!

Saturday afternoon we all had lunch together outside, and then the boys and I took a much needed nap! After nap time we took a dip in the pool!
It wasn't as hot outside as we wanted it be, to swim in an outside pool, but we had fun anyway!
Tra was blue we he got out!

Aydan practicing back floats!
Trace getting warmed up in the sun!
Aydan jumping in!
After the pool we went to RED LOBSTER! So good! The boys were basically angels while we were there, and even got to check out a real live lobster! Aydan said he felt like a wet rock. It's true, it did!

Trace and Aunt Melanie!

The boys with Aunt Melanie!

My Grandma and I waiting to EAT!
Getting up the courage to touch the live lobster!

After dinner we went to Aunt Melanie's house and the boys watched a movie!
Sunday we went out to breakfast, the to the "fish park". It's another favorite park we like to visit while we're in Boise. It has a great playground, as well as a nature walk, where you can see all kinds of fish!

It was a great weekend, and it's always nice to get together! Too bad Justin had to work, or else I would have called it a perfect weekend!
