Word From Down South, and Up North...and a Revamp!

SGT Polson update:

Justin sounds really good! He's doing very well. He says that Camp Shelby is really old, and that his barracks are made out of cinder block. He has been going through different types of training like, learning a few words and sentences in Iraqi, first aid, moving target practice, and he has had to go through a series of vaccinations. He has had quite a bit of down time, and sleeps when that occurs!

These are all cell phone pics he has sent to me...
This is him in the cinder block barracks (you can see them in the background) during his down time.
These are some big truck things...I can't remember what he called them, that they have had to learn how to drive.
This is a really old war plane...

One of his vaccinations is the small pox vaccination. It is a 15 shot vaccine, and it gives you a really disgusting scab...and if you touch it, it can spread to your other body parts....YIKES huh?!
This is the beginning of his gross scab...

This is Justin's lunch from one day. I referred it to vomit. It is actually an enchilada MRE.

Here is our studly
SOLDIER!

I also have an address for him, that I posted at the top of our blog. Feel free to send him stuff...and email him!
 **********************************************************************************

This was in the morning sometime...I don't know what I was doing...but I came out to the kitchen and found these two munchkins getting into the doritos....
This is Traceon (before his eye surgery...don't worry he didn't go back crossed) getting into some of mom's personal stuff. Something to show him when he's older!
And.....
I REALLY NEED SOME BABY PROF DOOR HINGES!
That could be real interesting to do without the hubby...I don't know when the last time I picked up a drill was?
The toy room needs help...I need some toy boxes or something!

Hangin' out with
MOM!

Look at Trace and his eyes! So cute! He goes for his follow-up tomorrow morning! They are still a little bit pinkish in the corners!
These two are just so dang cute! I can't seem to get enough! Aydan decided to give Trace a ride on his motorcycle...as you can see they both LOVED IT!

Aydan is such a
GEEK
as his dad would say....
He's dressed up in one of Jen's shirts, and her golf sandal's...and some stylin' shades!
Today at preschool was show and tell! They have been learning the importance of family and home these last couple of weeks. Aydan got to bring something from home that we do as a family! We both thought it was a good idea to bring CHUTES AND LADDERS!

I thought this was so dang cute! Aydan loves the book 'The Three Little Pigs' and today he come home from school with these little projects they did! A piggy and a house made of sticks!
My next project is going to have to be a project/art board for all of Aydan's work!

On another note....
I finally figured out how to fix my background on our blog! Hallelujah!
It was buggin'!
And I decided to vamp it up a little and change the layout!

Peace!

It's neat to see the pics of Justin and to hear that he is doing well!
If you need any help with the baby proofin, I'm sure Uncle Garrett would love to help! I'm pretty self sufficient, but I'm not sure I could take on a task like that, so let us know if you want some help!
I think it's hilarious when kids, especially boys, get into Mommy's things! Funny story for when they are older!
Traceon's eyes look so good! I love that close up of him in his brown jammies! What adorable kids you guys have!

That's funny, the other day I was going to change my layout and do a different one that Blogger has but I was afraid it would mess up the blog when I changed it....maybe I will try it out, now that I've seen yours!:)
