HOOPS

Aydan had his
1st Basketball game
last night!
It was so much fun! We took Aydan to Sports Authority a couple of weeks ago to pick out a b-ball, and he's been practicing dribbling and passing in our garage. Funnest thing about Aydan playing basketball is that his
Dad is the coach!
Justin had such a great time teaching all these youngsters how to dribble, pass, and shoot! He had a big smile on the whole time! Well...the little guys were pretty funny, and it was hard not to laugh at them! They were picking their noses, picking their wedgies, bouncing the ball off their feet, traveling all the way down the court, starring at each other, and under handing the ball to the hoop! Justin said that he kept telling them if they had any questions to ask him, and what he got instead of questions were random facts like,
"Today at school, I painted a duck yellow."
and,
"My sister ate something off the floor before you got here."
Ha! Ha! The tiny humans are so FUNNY!
It was a blast! It's going to be a fun next couple of months!
Aydan had quite the crowd watching him too! Gma and Gpa Snyder, Aunt Audree, Gpa Polson, Aunt Jenny, Mommy, and Little Bro!

Here is the team getting ready to practice, listening intently to Coach Polson!
Practicing passing!

Because Justin is the coach we decided to bring treats for the first game and give all the other team mates the following weeks to volunteer! Trace wanted to play so bad! Mom had to give him a treat early to keep him off the court! Which worked for about 3 mins...

Aren't they cute?

Game time came, and it was pretty awesome! A lot of clueless kiddos learning their way to playing b-ball!

Aydan's a pretty dang good dribbler, but he forgot to dribble a couple of times!

Running down the court!

Learning how to pass the ball in!

Here is a video of some of the game! You can see how caotic it was!

After game cheer!

High fives for everyone! They all did so good!

 Aydan and his dad!
AWESOME!
He has games every Wednesday night at 5:30p.m in the YMCA gym through December!
